Refunds and Booking Cancellations

General Terms

The customer acknowledges that excursions and travel services purchased through Luxtour.es are provided on a specific date and at a specific time selected during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

— A booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and start time of the excursion.
— No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the excursion or in the event of a no-show.

Exceptions

Under Article 103 of Spanish Law 3/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure-related services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Excursions booked for a specific date and time fall within this category.
